Lil Wayne's Gun Possession Plea Bargain Comes Days Before Release of Mix Tape "No Ceilings"
A New York judge just put a ceiling on New Orleans native and hip-hop phenom Lil Wayne, merely days before the release of Lil Wayne's new mix tape "No Ceilings." Lil Weezy got busted a while back for felony gun possession of a .40 caliber handgun, and plead guilty this week to possession, according to all the news feeds I've been gathering from my DIRECTV subscription.
But, amidst all the satellite news of Wayne's trial, I scoped that MTV says the "No Ceilings" mix tape is set to drop on Halloween--though lots of sites are offering free downloads of leaked "No Ceilings" tracks now. I think I'll wait till Weezy officially releases "No Ceilings" on Saturday, but till then, you'd best bet I'll be putting both my satellite Internet connection and DIRECTV subscription to use full time.
