Did Will.i.am Assault Perez Hilton in Toronto?

Did Will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas really attack Perez Hilton? Last night, the gossip blogger alerted his online followers via Twitter that he'd been assaulted in Toronto after attending the MuchMusic Awards. Since the altercation, both parties have released videos on the Internet to share their side of the story. Apparently Will.i.am did not appreciate the comments that Perez posted on his blog, www.perezhilton.com, but Will.i.am denied the accusation that he resorted to physical violence against Perez.

At this point, it is impossible to know who is at fault. In Hollywood (and Canada, when overrun with Hollywood celebs), it's difficult to know which statements are fabrications, understanding that ALL press is GOOD press. I'm not necessarily siding with Will.i.am, but it is a little suspicious that Perez Hilton found the time to Tweet during a 'serious' attack. I predict that an investigation will ensue, and this story will dominate gossip TV headlines for several days... if not weeks.
